Building Organizations That Perform at Scale

Morolake Esi has a genuine appreciation for the complexity that comes with leading people functions inside large and mid-sized global enterprises. For her, organizational design is not an administrative exercise. It is one of the most important levers a business has to improve performance, communication, and long-term results.

In her work across pharma, medical devices, and technology, Morolake has led efforts to restructure organizations, flatten hierarchies, and create clearer lines of accountability across functions and geographies. She approaches each engagement by asking what the business truly needs, then designing people structures that support it. Her work is not about implementing frameworks. It is about building organizations that are equipped to grow, adapt, and deliver.
